Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dario Look, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Items that are final sale, clearance, gift cards, customized products, or marked non-returnable cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn or used clothing, footwear, or accessories

  • Jewelry for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

  3. Package the item securely, including your return authorization and original packing slip.

  4. Send the item to the return address provided.

Note: Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Dario Look is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please:

  1. Return the original product.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

  3. We will assess the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable).


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take additional processing time.

  • If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist you.


9. Return Address

You will be provided with the return shipping address after your return request is approved. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without authorization.
