  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.
We may offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount — 100 Euros.

We currently ship to all Locations.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Dario Look is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.



7. Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If you experience any issues with delivery (e.g., lost, delayed, or damaged packages), please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and explore possible resolutions.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we consider it fulfilled.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. Dario Look is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
